Form submissions are stored in an encrypted-at-rest PostgreSQL database on our UK-based VPS, accessible only by Lewis Weall (founder) and authorised systems. Email replies are sent via Resend, our transactional email provider.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA except where Cloudflare's global network may briefly cache encrypted requests in transit (Cloudflare is UK GDPR compliant).
This site sets no analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking pixels at the time of writing. Cloudflare may set a small functional cookie (__cf_bm) for bot-mitigation; this is essential and does not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
If we add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other tracking in future, we will display a consent banner before any non-essential cookies are set.
