Planned maintenance, statutory inspection, repair and 24-hour breakdown response for hyperbaric chambers. Delivered by ASSET, CompEx, GWO and BFPA certified engineers from our Ulverston base — to clinics, dive schools, offshore operators, tunnelling contractors and research facilities across the UK.
Whether your chamber is used for hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), saturation diving support, commercial diving training or research, our planned maintenance and inspection programmes are tailored to the chamber type, operating environment and the legal framework that applies to you (PSSR 2000, PED, MGN 83, BCGA codes).
Scheduled service visits — monthly, quarterly or annually — covering pressure-bearing components, valves, viewports, BIBS regulators, oxygen distribution, intercoms, lighting, fire suppression and gas analysis. Each visit produces a signed engineer's report and an updated planned maintenance log.
Written-Scheme-of-Examination inspections to satisfy the UK Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR 2000). Pressure tests, non-destructive testing (NDT) and full documentation packs ready for your insurer, CQC inspection or DNV/Lloyd's classification.
From seal kits and viewport gaskets to full door overhauls and pressure relief valves. Original-spec parts where possible, equivalent-spec where the OEM is no longer producing. We carry common consumables on the van.
UK-wide emergency callout for chamber failures, leaks, electrical faults and BIBS issues. We aim to be on site within 24 hours of a confirmed callout for contract customers, with diagnostic and (where parts allow) immediate repair.
From single-occupancy chambers up to multi-place medical units. Service intervals matched to your CQC framework and chamber operating hours.
Surface-supplied diving system support, dive school chambers, treatment-ready facilities. Compatible with HSE Diving at Work Regulations.
Saturation diving systems, transfer-under-pressure (TUP) chambers, escape and rescue systems aboard vessels. MGN 83 and class-society compliance.
Decompression facilities for TBM crews, man-lock and material-lock servicing. CompEx-certified electrical work in Ex zones.
Tell us the chamber make/model, your location and what you need (planned service, statutory inspection, breakdown). We'll come back with a fixed quote within one working day.
